The Ever After (Full Planning)

The Ever After package is a full Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who want a completely stress-free, fully supported journey from “Yes” to “I do.” From concept to celebration, we partner with you every step of the way helping define your vision, sourcing vendors, reviewing contracts, attending meetings, and managing all logistical detail.
This comprehensive package includes venue selection, decor design development, vendor coordination, monthly planning sessions, unlimited communication, and full day-of coordination so you can enjoy your engagement and trust that every moment will unfold seamlessly.

The Finishing Touch (Partial Planning)
You plan the vision we bring it to life with expert support.
The Finishing Touch package is ideal for couples who have started planning their wedding but want a professional to help bring everything together. You’ve booked some vendors and made key decisions we’ll step in to handle the rest.
With tailored guidance, we assist with vendor recommendations, contract reviews, timeline creation, design input, and logistics coordination. You’ll benefit from regular planning check-ins.
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll manage the final details, lead your rehearsal, and be on-site from setup to takedown, ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly.

Month of Coordination
Stress-free support so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
Perfect for couples who’ve managed most of the planning but want a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Our Month-of Coordination package provides expert support to help your wedding unfold seamlessly—so you can be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate without stress.
We begin working with you three months before your wedding, getting to know your plans, priorities, and vision. On the day itself, our team takes charge of all the details—managing décor setup and takedown, coordinating vendor arrivals and timelines, cueing the ceremony and reception transitions—executing everything with precision and care.

We handle all the details, from first bloom to final box.
Let us handle all the setup and breakdown of your wedding décor, allowing you to focus on what matters most—enjoying every moment.
You provide the decor, and our team will arrive on-site to carefully set up each element with precision, ensuring your vision is reflected exactly. When the celebration is over, we’ll return to thoughtfully packing everything away, ensuring your items are safe and secure.

Delivery & Pick Up
We handle all your personal and rental decor pick up and drop off
We’ll handle the pick-up, delivery, and return of all your personal and rentals, ensuring everything arrives on time, in perfect condition, and exactly where it needs to be. From elegant décor and specialty furniture to linens, glassware, and table settings — we’ll make sure every detail is seamlessly managed.
Our Rental Coordination Service is designed to take the stress off your shoulders so you can focus on celebrating. During this process, we will:

✨ Perform the delivery and pickup of all rental items on-site
✨ Manage the breakdown and return of rentals after the event

I’m a Project Manager and certified Wedding Planner and Coordinator through The Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada, with a passion for creating beautifully organized, joy-filled celebrations.
Blue Lumina Events (BLE) was born from a lifelong dream and a deep love for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the magic of special occasions — the laughter, the details, and the way every element comes together to tell a story. But it wasn’t until I planned my own wedding that my passion truly came to life. From managing timelines and vendors to curating personal, emotional touches, I realized how much I thrived in the process. That experience showed me that event planning wasn’t just something I loved — it was what I was meant to do.
And so, my journey as an entrepreneur in this exciting new industry began in the spring of 2025. Since then, I’ve been incredibly grateful to the many couples who have entrusted me with one of the most meaningful days of their lives. The joy, trust, and heartfelt feedback I receive after each wedding make every moment worth it — and fuel my passion to continually deliver the very best for my clients.
With over a decade of experience in customer service, project management, and logistics, I bring a unique blend of skills, such as organization, time management, attention to detail, and calm under pressure, to every event I plan.
