Delivery, Pickup & Return
We’ll take care of the delivery, pickup, and return of all your personal décor and rental items, ensuring everything arrives on time, in perfect condition, and exactly where it needs to be. From elegant décor and specialty furniture to linens, glassware, and table settings — every detail is managed with care.
Our Delivery, Pickup & Return service is designed to relieve you of the logistical stress so you can stay focused on enjoying your celebration. As part of this service, we will:
✨ Communicate directly with your rental vendors to confirm orders, delivery windows, and return schedules
✨ Deliver all décor and rental items to your venue
✨ Pick up and return rental items after the event
✨ Handle breakdown, packing, and any last-minute issues so you don’t have to lift a finger

I’m a Senior Project Manager and Certified Wedding Planner, Coordinator, and Consultant through the Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada (WPIC), with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, I help couples plan stress-free weddings across Alberta and destination locations, blending organization, creativity, and heartfelt support.
Blue Lumina Events grew from a lifelong love of celebrations and truly came to life while planning my own wedding. That experience showed me how powerful thoughtful planning can be — not just in creating beautiful events, but in giving couples peace of mind.
With over ten years of experience in project management, logistics, and customer service, I’m known for being detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and deeply invested in my couples’ experience. I handle the timelines, vendors, and logistics so you can enjoy every moment — from the planning process to the last dance.
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m usually traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with animals, or rewatching Friends. I believe weddings should feel organized, meaningful, and fun — just like the journey to the big day.
